Some web developers will try and talk you out of using a WordPress based website, and imply that it is in some way “inferior” to a “proper” website that only they can build. This is definitely not correct.
They may also tell you that your website needs to be specially crafted, and that you need to spend many thousands of dollars to achieve something “unique” that your visitors will admire.
If you are told something like this, just remember that a $100 Timex watch performs the same function as a $15,000 Rolex. If you can afford and really want the Rolex option, then go for it.
